Nualia Tobyn is the daughter of Father Ezakien Tobyn, who previously led worship in Sandpoint's old church. It was presumed that Nualia had died in the Sandpoint fire along with her father, however her body was never found. It has been recently revealed that she is working with the goblin tribes around Sandpoint in some plot against the town people, though it is not clear why.
Nualia was born with celestial blood, manifesting itself in shimmering silver hair and violet eyes, and she was widely regarded as the most beatiful woman in Sandpoint. According to Tsuto's diary she has taken to worshipping the goddess Lamashtu and attempting to transform herself into a demonic form, though it's not known how far along this transformation is.
